Shipping Policy
1. Free U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders.
Please note: This offer excludes orders shipping to Canada and other international destinations.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, pending item availability and payment verification.
3. International Shipping
We offer USPS Priority Mail International shipping for select destinations.
Please allow up to 10 business days for international delivery.
Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll reship it once it's confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered. In such cases, we recommend contacting UPS to file a claim. We’ll assist by providing your order and tracking information.
To request a replacement for a delivered but missing package, please send us a copy of a filed police report.
